CITGO Petroleum Corporation ("CITGO," "us," "we" or similar pronoun) utilizes the RTM platform to provide offers and messages to users that sign up for the CITGO Good Rewards Program. This Program is described in more detail in the Program Terms and Conditions (located at the Program Website).
